Inspired by @Kizaruber Eats asking about power scaling US presidents and the ongoing Game of Thrones tournament hosted by @Elder Lee Hung , I bring you Presidential Punchout!!!

Kindly unwittingly hosted by Worst Gen, whose Mod Team should probably know better by now not to allow most of us barbarians unrestricted posting privileges.
It is once more election season in the USA but here on Worst Gen, we talk with punches, not policies. Who cares what all these pencil pushers stand for? We wanna know who knocks eight bells outta the other fella in the ring!
For this tournament, my deranged derrière has compiled a list of the last 21 US presidents, from Theodore Roosevelt to Joe Biden and stuck their names in a randomised tournament bracket generator that spat out this unholy abomination.
The fights will have the following rules:
1) The presidents will *not* be in their physical prime, rather they will be in the peak physical condition that they were in during their presidency because who remembers somebody like Reagen being young? I sure don't!
2)
After successful lobbying from Big Arm-a, wrestling is now included in matchups and fights will follow UFC MMA rules. 
3) The participants will not have any knowledge of each other. This makes logical sense as most Yanks don't read history books anyway.
4) The results will be determined by democratic vote ie there'll be a poll at the top of the page for each matchup. I'll make each round last something like 8-12 hours. Will depend on how busy distracted I am.

The presidents will fight in the boxing ring of honour. All fighters will understand and follow the basic current USA Boxing rules with the notable exception of following weight class and age restrictions because we want to witness old fat fogies fucking each other up.
