Egypt despite having a huge army ,have been staying quiet due to American backing of the Military dictatorship and bribing them $1 billion annually since 1979 peace treaty with Israel.
Not just that but the country is broke, if they tried going against the US, the IMF would bankrupt them. Sisi trying to relocate the capital instead of fixing Cairo is peak idiocy.

Bullets don't hurt. But Taxes do.
Apparently Trump wants to get rid of income taxes. Well doesn't that sounds disastrous-I mean....great. This would make sales tax and inflation go through the roof. You may get paid more, but your expenses will skyrocket leaving you with less money than before.

Speaking as someone who had to owe money (a significant amount) to the government due to the necessity of working an extra job on top of my main one, I'd rather avoid that kind of scenario happening to me again entirely, honestly.

But even if income taxes increased instead of decreased somehow the price of everything still goes up constantly.

Ngl getting a bit frustrated as hell with the constant price inflation.

The IRS once tried to get $1200 from me. I deposited cash into my account....a few days after withdrawing it. Really tried to tax my post-tax dollars. Screw them.

There was a lot of inflation in the last 100 years.

The far right is starting to get the libertarian path. They saw Milei with a chainsaw and a few people cheering, it made them climax. They just didn't check the inflation and the impact on the working class and poor people in general...

Well, America is getting ready for Fascism. Hope you have fun guyz!

It'd be nice to see a deflation happen. While the wages (might) go down a bit, the decrease in price of almost everything would make up for the somewhat decreased income.

But the opportunity for more jobs is there even if there's no deflation so there's that option.

What are your approximate chances of surviving in a Cyberpunk 2077 dystopia?

Give me a percentage?

Would you sacrifice your real limbs for cybernetic ones?

In such a world, we would most likely live in a libertarian and completely deregulated world run by people bought by big industries, where social aids would be completely absent.

I would have no chance of working. I would end up in the streets and would most end up drug addicted and dead the head in a water puddle at the edge of the town

You might get help from charity institutions though.

I don't know about cyberpunk, but in such a setting there is almost no charity, the charities will be run by either businessmen in the shadows or criminals.

At best what I could find are enclave of self developping populations.. and very small groups of people in town that could help eachothers.. but you would need to know some people for that

You do not "become" Trans, you ARE trans. This is not some kind of a choice someone makes in their life, this is what they are.

lol
yeah, all the people that were trans and now are not are all living in delusion lmfao gtfo

Wrong. But it's useless now to try to explain you why. It's like you are immune to reality. No matter how many facts are thrown your way our Nameless, you guys seems to be impervious to it.

Really ! On second thought it's fascinating because I don't understand how this is possible.

Any rationnal person that value science would be able to understand the consensus if they had the data. But it seems like this is not possible for you. But not just you, the entire conservative spectrum.

I get that that the farthest we are from an idea in term of political spectrum, the less likely we are to believe in it.. but we are talking about science here. This is be a common ground and yet.. people are still questionning it..

It's really interesting.
We are immune to delusions.
