It's about "he got uo and fed lufy so he won that round" just like Doffy won round 1 magically against Luffy

No, you're coping.

This means Kizaru was never hurt to begin with, it means Kizaru never considered Luffy an enemy to take out, and it means he wasn't remotely serious in that fight.

The only serious fighting he was doing was keeping his emotions in check.
