Until any admiral or Akainu get statements from Oda that even makes them Yonko level like Garp and Sengoku gave gotten

Until then, Navy being much stronger means nothing
Akainu's equal is Teach's underling. Teach hasn't even surpasser og yonko yet

Until any marine with CoC skypkits, then we can discuss

He paralyzed Kizaru and then ran out of stamina. It was a stalemate in the same way that Goofy and Katakuri stalemated. Then Kizaru got up first just like Kat. Kizaru comes out on top but that doesn’t mean Goofy is that far behind

Luffy just went on matching 6 gorosei and kizaru, even dominating 2 at once
Kid and law lost easily to Yonko. Admirals aren't losing mid diff or less
Luffy is worth 4B for all he did in wano and Egghead

Not a great example there, since Kat was on his last legs, shaking just to stand up and Luffy got up immediately after. Kizaru was hands in pockets mode and perception blitzed everyone on the island including Luffy moments after WSG, and fed Luffy an entire buffet to get him to wake back up. Luffy could have been out for hours for all we know without help there, while for Kizaru it was a very brief momentary knockdown, which happens over the course of any fight.

It sets Akainu, who's the current FA, as someone with a 5B bounty, and there are only 2 known 5b+ bounties character IN THE ENTIRE STORY.

It is a benchmark whether people wanna create excuses for it or not.

For anyone, and I mean ANYONE, who ever believed in Luffy vs Akainu and Zoro/Sanji vs Admirals, it was a GIVEN that EVENTUALLY Oda would do something to set Akainu apart from the rest.

Doesn't matter his duel with Kuzan.
Doesn't matter if he was "similar" to the kuzan/kizaru in pre-TS.

CG bounty considers the current situation. Garp is past his prime but is still the hero of the navy, so he still maintains a bounty similar to the current Admirals, and Akainu, being set apart, gets 2B apart instead of just 1, putting him on a benchmark achieved by 2 former legends only.

People can argue the "accurate powerscale" as much as they want. But this is the kind of PORTRAYAL expected for Akainu by many, except people with extreme bias against Admirals because of agendas or whatever.

Aramaki was a police officer, and Issho was a war criminal.
