Mihawk joined the warlord system so the marines don’t chase him, just like crocodile faced some great betrayal that basically capped his ambitions and made him give up the one piece, became equal partners with crocodile and is okay following his plan, is okay with buggy being the face of cross guild because it means he can hide behind his shadow, still to scared to go after the one piece again

Tbf it’s oda and at least in kizaru and fujitora’s cases they weren’t fully there. Both of them wanting luffy to succeed

You didn't post anything schizo, he couldn't even one shot 2 HP brain dead Kuma with his signature attack yet Kuma still has strength to one shot Pacifistas and a VA while also punching Saturn and protecting Bonney.

When it comes to Blackbeard and Kuzan I think they’re both obviously comparable in strength tho bb gets the win. Just like Blackbeard was comparable to shiryu during impel down with him getting the win

Lord Shrek has a higher poverty bounty than Saint Shanks, Big Mom, and Kaido have actual bounties.
Of course, bounty =/= power level and never has, it has never been a reliable metric to scale characters, all Admirals are equal in power so all of them deserve poverty bounties above Kaido
