Look, bounty =/= power level and never has.

That said, Akainu >= Kizaru >= Aokiji >= Fujitora ~ Ryokugyu > current Kuzan >= Mihawk.

There's only one FA, it’s no a rank with dozens of different characters where gauging individual level is a pain.
FA being 5B means that in status it’s close from being the PK or his rival

Obviously, having huge crews with strong members under you contributes to your bounty just as much as having 3 admirals under your command. That's a deserving bounty for the FA. He commands a fleet far stronger than the PK while being a top-tier himself. Sp Akainu isn't any different from Roger, WB or any captain for that matter.

It's not like it makes a difference lol. Prime Sengoku is a juggernaut, below Akainu, but still a monster.

It mentions Fleet Admiral, not personally Akainu

All the reasonings for Akainu:
- having strongest army in the series under him
- having 3 Admirals under him
Also apply to Sengoku.

The only reason Sengoku probably won't have 5B but 4.8B or so is only because of inflation.

That doesn't change how CG treats or sees the WG. Also, there's little to no major change in the Navy to substantiate the statement that they've gotten massively stronger. Because to this day, FA is such big danger predominantly because he's got the 3 admirals under him.
