After the Akainu bounty reveal, there’s no way Kuzan isn’t notably above 3B. The real question is how he’s going to compare to other 3-4B bounties like Mihawk/BB

Man, Kid and Law really hurt the bounties (Crocodile too but that's another case). Luffy having 3 billions was okay for someone who has just become Yonkou, but now, thanks to Law and Kid, people laugh at the Admirals for being 3 billions, and now if Kuzan have 3 billion is weak.

Law and Kid bounties should have been 1.5/2 billions each
