What am I wrong about? Do you think I believed bounties are 100% = power? There is no literally no one in the fandom of OP that believes that when Oda himself that's not the case.

Again, like the other guy, learn what "estimates" are. I've used bounties as PL estimates, and still do, but that doesn't mean they're = 100% to power.

This is why I used a grade ranking system, where I gave Marco/Kid B, and YC3s B-. Zoro/Sanji are B+. I also placed Luffy/Katakuri in this bracket.

S PK Tier -> Roger/WB/Kaido/Joyboy Luffy

A+ Fleet Admiral level/Yonko level -> ACoC Luffy
A Average Admiral -> Fuji/GB/ACoA Luffy
A- Low Top Tier -> 5th Emperor Luffy/Law/Kid

B+ Katakuri/WCI Luffy/Zoro/Sanji
B Marco/King/Jozu/Queen
B- Jack, Cracker

So yes, they're still High Tiers. It's just Marco/King are at the middle of the High Tier.
