Laughing about people naturally expressing disappointment in the way the country voted when the other side literally staged an insurrection the last time they lost is crazy to me.
Btw aside from reddit, youtube also seems to be delivering some good mental breakdowns. A lot of people going full nihilists, especially in the comments sections for Jon Stewart videos.

I was having discussions with my friends in the morning and this exactly what was brought up.
Trump brutal straightforwardness makes him different. With him we clearly know what to expect and what not and it's breathe of clarity which often goes into drain with democratic leaders deceiving others.
Another case in point is when he went onto to rally in garbage truck.
Not only he aligned himself with people who were called garbage but he openly admitted that he's still wearing that orange vest (which he eagerly wanted to take off) on stage simply because he looks thinner wearing it.
No wonder he enjoys support among public even outside USA..
And that's why i don't like it when people victim blame the voters for being uninformed. The way the media does things in America reinforces the polar division of the nation, it's barely possible to tell apart the news from entertainment and satire.
America is a good example for how divivde and conquer works.
And foreign dictated media (tiktok et al) is also to blame.
True, but can you blame people for being dumb? That's like blaming people for mental illness. It makes the one who blames feel better about themselves and does nothing to solve the actual problem at hand. This top down treatment of people who are struggling is the main reason why the left is losing, in Europe too.
Franky speaking, Dems and their supporters categorising Trump supporters as Nazi and Racists, equating Trump presidency with likes of Hitler and some even going over the top to break relations with family Republican supporters reflects more on how dems really are.
