Theory Hibari will inherit Akainu’s fruit when he dies

#1
Hibari is a member of Sword and part of the “future of the marines”. She is also hinted to be Akainu’s daughter.

This puts her in a special class of princess characters, many who Oda gives special attention to. We see this with Yamato, Bonney, Pudding, Shirahoshi, and Vivi all having unique and important storylines.

Akainu is one of those villains who will likely need to die. He is a war criminal and is guilty of genocide(see: O’Hara).

When this inevitably happens, I think it would make a lot of sense for Hibari to get his powers. Why? Well apart from her being his daughter and a future leader of the marines, I believe that the Magu magu no mi will be very important in the epilogue of the series.

Assuming that the final war does ravage the world and the world gets flooded, I could see the magu magu no mi being a crucial DF in allowing humanity to reclaim the earth, with Hibari using it to pull sunken islands from the depths by manipulating the earth’s magma.

It would be a very strong contrast, with Akainu using the fruit for war crimes vs Hibari using it for peace.

🤔 it's certainly possible, tho I personally don't think Akainu is really a villain

He just has a twisted sense of Justice

Yes, he’s evil

He’s literally a war criminal
🤔 for the destruction of Ohara? If that's the case everyone that was there is evil

Aokiji, and every other vice admiral they all participated in the genocide as well

Not that I am against Hibari becoming Top 1 with Magu Magu, but what do you mean she is hinted to be Sakazuki's daughter?

Why not coby?
Was almost killed by it.
It's wielder's justice contradicts his own a lot.

Would be great if he could reinvent its intent.
Also Burning Honesty Impact would be cool as fuck

Mainly because we already got a scene showcasing Koby as an excellent swimmer

Losing the ability to swim would just make it harder for Koby to save people
