I will say Kidd is underrated here. While I don't agree with kidd being on same level or above law/zoro/yamato , many outside WG have kidd above zoro/yamato.
Law I will say is correctly rated though some law fans do over wank him. But that is true for any fanbase.
Outside Feats, there are Characters who just based on Introduction are automatically Candidate for "Strongest"
Shanks being Introduced in Chapter 1 as MC's Inspirational Figure
Roger being Introduced as Pirate King
Mihawk being Introduced as Greatest Swordsman
Dragon being Introduced as WG's Enemy No. 1
Sengoku being Introduced as Top Marine
Garp being Introduced as Legendary Hero
WB being Introduced as Strongest Man
Kaidou being Introduced as Strongest Creature
Imu being Introduced as WG's Ruler
Xebec being Introduced as Rocks Captain
Kong being Introduced as WG's Commander In Chief
... etc
I'm not associating any Power Level with these Characters, but from Oda's Perspective, He introduced them in a way that He knew would make his Readers be like "Is this Guy Strongest? Is He No. 1 or 2 or 3?", They don't even need to Flex their Powers to know how Powerful They are
Loki as Elbaph's Strongest is another Character whom Oda wants you to consider another Candidate,
So yeah, He is definitely up there with Legends of OPVerse
I can see Zoro gaining some more knowledge on how black blades are created.
It would be nice to get at least one or two more black blades or weapons in One Piece. If that is a black blade I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't created it. I can see Oda having Loki ancestor create the weapon and his handed down through the family.
I do agree but the direction Oda is heading with Zoro it seems like Wano focused on taking Zoro to a master swordsman level. Now since he's at the level he can truly start his journey to being the WSS.
No. I’m still not fully convinced he’s above Law/Kidd. All I’m certain of is that he’s stronger than Dory and Brogy individually and weaker then them together.
Oda specifically chose to have him a bounty below 3 bil. He had a legendary fruit, but so does Law.
However both Kid and Law are awakened and have significant mastery in their powers, whereas Loki doesn’t on account of being captured right after he got his fruit.
Really, the only thing Loki has is his aura, but for all we know Kid and Law could have that the next time we see them.
Loki is just a less retarded Luffy, he calls himself Sun God, he forgets names and he has a legendary DF.
The biggest difference is that he actually looks decent.

That's seems conjucture to me I agree with @MonsterKaido
The reality is Oda shitted the bed in wano and Zoro is one of the victims there
He wasn't even labeled dai-kengo at the end of wano (something ushimaru was, who giga jobbed to koido), Oda clearly didn't see it the way you described
