Who's the strongest Chrollo can defeat with strategy

Lets assume Chrollo knows of every nen ability in the world and can go out and seek them. He also knows exactly how his opponent will fight. Who's the strongest Nen user he can beat ?

You pretty much gave Chrollo every nen ability, he doesn't need anything more than Camilla's ability to beat Meruem.

As Chrollo can only use 2 abilities at once (besides Bandit's Secret + Bookmark), God's Alibi (Meleoron) + Scream (Knov) would be the perfect deal to make him invincible IMO... there's nothing I can think of to counter that combination (Ripper Cyclotron could also replace Scream). Plus, he would've access to many other broken abilities, the possible combinations would be insane: Cat's Name, Parallel Future, Spiritual Message, Spatial Teleportation, Predator, Wink Blue, Cross Game, Countdown, etc.

Anyone,except for Chimera Royal Guards,Meruem,Netero and hunters above Netero. I think he can kill any Zoldyck(besides Maha and Alluka).

If he puts his hands over the Kakin relics he can maybe put down anyone (maybe except Meruem and even more post rose Meruem)

Good point. Now that I checked the abilities better, Ripper Cyclotron may need 2 hands to activate too, but I'm not sure (Chrollo's lack of proficiency in enhancement may also weaken the ability). The ideal for Chrollo with God's Alibi would be a surekill, close-range, ability... maybe something related to conjuration/transmutation (e.g.: poison), but I can't think of a single ability like this.
