"Hiruhiko's" origami are crumbling, that means he's losing his sorcery and making a contract with the blade. It's really over for Uruha.

PS: we're not shown how Uruha dies so it might be a misdirection to make us think Samura killed his student.

So basically when Uraha died, Hiruhiko's sorcery died and the blade powers showed up. If Uraha was still alive Hiruhiko woudnt be able to use the blade.

So the swords sorcery can't activate in the hands of anyone besides its bearer (which was Uraha). Also notice that Hiruhiko's paper crumbles, meaning he lost his paper sorcery from signing the life contract. That man Uruha is dead.

Hiruhiko also stated that Samura was playing all along the double agent role....dude is the perfect snitcher (Shanks the rat is nothing compare to Samura)

Fact is Uraha got killed offscreen (or is there a way to lose the sacred blade power without dying?)

The tree guy was also surprised and he was fighting Samura. (he is saying that this thing will rile up the playfield Lol no kidding you got Samura on your side )

Hiruhiko mention that Samura made a deal with Yuta 3 years ago, so Samura is the number 1 potential candidate that dealt with Uraha

Well, shit!

I am still having hard time remembering names in this manga, that's why I didn't connect things in the first read.
Yes, Samura seems to have killed Uruha and seems to be a betrayer who wants to off all sword bearers... Except himself?
The reason is probably due to madness of the wielder of Shinuchi, the Sword Master who is the leader among Sword Bearers.

Another thing, the casualty who was named and his sister brought up, he is alive at the start so someone off-screened him too.

Samura and Yura made a deal to kill the sword master, the guy who is chianed up?

Samura slander will not be tolerated. What is the motive behind him killing Uruha? If he was in the Hishaku's pocket why would he kill so many of them + defend Uruha + defend Hakuri? Kyora was still able to use the Shinuchi even if it was only a little bit. If Uruha and his sword arent as strong maybe it wont resist as much and thats why this guy can use it.
