Amazing set up episode, and glad to see Grimmjow and Nel return.

Yhwach looks great with his new form and I'm glad because I thought it might've ended up being too cartoonish.

I can't wait for the big fights to happen, the next episodes are gonna be fire.




Another thing to mention is that this episode confirms that Memory of Nobodies is canon so if yall haven't watched it, then I'd suggest doing so because it's a great movie

The quality of the animation hasn't gone down in the slightest, and the opening gives a good idea of which fights will fit into this season. I'm very excited for the remaining episodes.

The valley of screams line was in the manga. Memories of nobody is canon, it takes place in between the one month timeskip training they did just before Ulquiorra kidnapped orihime

It was in the manga too, but people didn't want to accept it for their own reasons. He literally directs people to the movie and it still fits in the narrative since there was a month training period between SS and HM arcs.

I never discussed Bleach online when it came out, so I have no idea about agendas or the such. I think it's cool that it's canon as long as it fits properly.

Good to see grimmjow again after so long in anime. Fullbringers bring back memories. Another good episode.

I honestly initially enjoyed that arc. It made Chad and inoue powers practical. People wanted hype and it got cut short. Sometimes you need a show to slow down and let stuff develop. Bleach fans only want constant fights but they let Oda get away with dragging shit out smh.

That's exactly it. Bleach fans at the time, especially the Japanese ones, wanted to see more Soul Reapers and didn't let Kubo cook properly. It was different from the other arcs, and I guess fans couldn't comprehend it.

Oda gets a pass because he's sellout and makes them money.


Wano was fucking cheeks, and Egghead was right after. Both dragged out unnecessarily.
