Of the straw hats none really deserve that title. At best Zoro or Sanji can be given it since of all the straw hats those two get the most relevance, but compared to other Shonen deuteragonists they really fall short.

One Piece doesn't have one standout deuteragonist. Very early on it was Zoro but that stopped being a thing, sure as shit hasn't been the case post timeskip.

Though it's clear Zoro, Sanji, Nami among the strawhats are favoured compared to the rest of em.

Not a bad case actually now that I think of it. Post timeskip the deuteragonist has been Law by a country mile, but Buggy has been at it since day 1.
