- It is revealed to be Calgara
- He drifted on an island cloud and fell down to Elbaf hundreds of years ago
- He said the island kept him alive beyond normal human age, which is why he could never leave
- He heard about the Strawhats ringing the bell and introducing rubber to Skypiea
- He turns to Usopp and says 'I could recognize that haki anywhere, Montblanc'
- Last page, in a beautiful single spread the strawhats react in shock as Usopp's full name is revealed to be Montblanc Usopp

He wasn't even close to the crew's whereabouts as far as we know.
At most I could see a from-the-back, feet shot (not kinky) in the last panel of the chapter that would let us speculate during another break
