Okay. Again, Awesome chapter. We need more Marines focused chapter. Sadly, no Ryokugyu. The guy was mentioned about 200 chapters ago and yet we haven't seen the guy.
Garp was a beast and still is one. No doubt about it. He is the last beacon of his era.
Sengoku knows more than he is letting on. He may have some ideas about Lady Toki. These old dudes are really something.
Shichibukai abolition seems to have disturbed Akainu. That position seems odd for him. He never liked them in the first place.

They literally stated in this chapter that they dont have the resources to go to Wano because they're already busy
we know that SWORD has some sort of a wano plan, I’d be surprised if it didn’t go into action, especially now that we know garp helped Roger take down Rocks(hence Coby could help Luffy take down the rocks pirate remnants)

because they are after warlords. but kaidou and bm alliance made the strongest crew so they are priority. they will leave it to vegapunk's weapon to capture warlords. sengoku is trying to change akainu's mind. that is what the final of this chapter is all about.

So not everyone can leave Marines' bases , there must be strong force left to guard Mariejois
For Marine HQ , i'd say minimum a force equivalent to 1 Emperor crew should be left there
