We should definitely see more of them, as it seems they complete the full deck of cards. You'd have the numbers which would be 2 through 10, and then Jack, Queen, and King.

For now numbers have same level with frontier agent of Baroque Works. No need to show them all. Even they show up later they're impossibley stronger than Tobi Roppo. The strongest of them will have same power with sheepshed.

They are high tiers,
Scabbards have denjiro/ashura/nekko/inu who are high tiers and izo a wb commander as you liked to claims those two above were.
Was kaido slashing at them? They took him by surprise and pushed him.
