I don't care much about Usopp or Elbaf, but I really hope it delivers. Seems like there's people in all corners that have been waiting for this arc for years.
Yeah I am curious how its look like if the first SH fulfills his dreams which will be probably usopp
I actually like usopp I think compared to the most of the forum. I don't enjoy him solo much but I find him very funny paired up with every SH

Usopp's dream is more of a work in progress, it won't be easy to fond a definitive point in the story where he achieves it

I'd imagine every straw hat will achieve their dream all at the same time, but who knows.

I don't really get the sense that the story cares much about the straw hats at the moment rather than the story at large, but maybe that'll change soon.

Some of us, me included may still be clinging to the tiny, even illusionnary, hope that the story may get better again or we have invested too much on the ship to escape from it.
Genuinely this is where the story is good. The feel of adventure, the heartfelt chapters and character moments, and the humor. All that’s missing is some reveals about the lore and we’ll have a very solid arc in Elbaf. As long as Oda doesn’t try to revert to writing a battleshonen cause that’s where he always fucks up

That's your way of enjoying the story, and that's not absolute, or even the truth. Everyone has their own way of enjoying the story, some because they like certain characters, some because of the world-building, some because of the mysteries, some even because of the agendas. And that's fine.
You know what's not fine? Acting like Logiko and trying to impose that everyone should enjoy the story the way you do, that everyone should share the cry of joy at the drama of some character they clearly don't care much about.
