To say anything about it is too premature but tbh I am not a fan of it. It would have been even better if we got any older avatar's story before aang.
They are already making some spinoff movies, maybe one of them might be

They're raiding the grave of this IP now? Yikes. Well, this will probably bomb. Making the main character an overgrown toddler is the first step towards series destruction.

Also, an earth bender sounds like the exact demographic that could just make their own prosthetic leg. Just saying.
Maybe she can't because bending is more restrict in this new world? Since there was a cataclysm, the people in charge might be scared of people running around doing whatever they want idk

It's a female avatar again? I thought the cycle was male female male female etc. I swear originally when this was revealed it was a male MC also. I guess they changed it. Well whatever, that doesn't matter that much but I didn't think most of Korra was good so I hope this is better.

I think this can be dope, let's say if Korra really rebuild the world and the Four Nations don't exist anymore. How is the world today? Who's in charge? How advanced is the technology? Stuff like that...

Same. I completely noped out the minute I read this part though:
She can only communicate with Avatar Korra as her spirit guide due to Korra severing her connection to all past Avatars
More like she failed to protect them as they got nuked out of existence by some stupid flatworm.
Stupid yinyang worms never deserved human rights, let alone spirit rights.

This is gonna be ass I just know it, TLOK was already mocking the original.
Mocking the original and even destroying Aang's spirit in the process to boot. :catrude:

Don't mind the name tag

It's an avatar series that's going to be held in the modern age (or even in the future) depending on the number of years between TLOK and this new series.

It's been over a decade since TLOK and this new upcoming series, and I'm not particularly hyped for this once since I lost interest in Avatar quite a ways back, so hopefully the first couple episodes of this one will be a banger.

Nope, it went from Roku to Aang, remember? Male to male
You're right I somehow blanked on that.

I think the disabled leg is weird, they're benders. Why not just bend a rock foot or metal one, idk

The world building looks interesting. I don't mind much about the MC's design if it's well written,

Looks good.

I always wanted an avatar story without the avatar, because the Avatar's world building is pretty cool, but I guess It's just not possible.

I dunno. Humans in Avatar seem to have longer lifespans than in other works. King Bumi was still plenty spry at over 110, that guru chap Pathik was like 150 and Kyoshi supposedly reached 230 years of age.

It wouldn't be unprecedented for Toph to still be around.
We are so back
