I know. But your argument is that, statistically, there are greater chances of being wrong on an innocent than being right on a guilty. I'm asking you how you got to that conclusion. Because as far as my recollection of statistics goes, if you remove elements that can affect the reliability of your results, the chances of your results being correct increases proportionately. I have no idea how you can be in favour of attention being given on people who have an innocent on them over a guilty, especially when none of your argument is actually based on the play of the player who has been copped guilty.

As far as I can tell, Pot has just been treading water since as well. I have no guarantee of this being the right answer, but nobody has deigned to help me catch up so to me, the best solution is to follow the mech and see where it lands. If it loses the game, then so be it.

Finally caught up with the game.

I'm not a huge believer in the Orca slip, because it feels implausible - if its mandated by the role, would posting some gifs really count for it - and why not try to offer an excuse? And if its not mandated, why do it after Ron flipped, knowing it would appear scummy?

...Having said that, I do think they've been acting scummy in other ways, so I'm not going to mourn this wagon *shrug*. Pretty much everyone I've scumread or voted for has flipped town, I'm the last person who should be talking about reads.

Right, but you're not parsing what I'm saying. Redirection is probably the single most common way to manipulate results. That being ruled out, from a statistical point of view, should be weighted accordingly. That does not mean that all possible forms of redirection are accounted for, but it's folly to focus on innocent results as a scum PoE over a guilty result wherein we have reason to believe that said result wasn't affected. To say that there are greater chances of the innocents being wrong than the guilty has of being right, in light of this, is a completely baseless statement.

And that isn't to say you're wrong, outright. Pot could be innocent, and indeed one of the innocents could be guilty. But if we're going to disregard results, we need some reason for doing so - and in this case, you haven't defended Pot on his own merits, in fact you seem to resent the idea of defending Pot, so I have to question what the speculation is even for if you don't even believe he's town.
