Doflamingo is an upgraded Crocodile. Post Prison Gains Doffy will have a slightly higher bounty.

Kuzan pretty much said Doffy>Hancock. Though Hancock wins in a fight because of matchup.

Prime Moriah was a monster but unless he's gotten much stronger he's still a shell of his former shelf. Doffy "1v100" is one of the most retarded things I've read all week and I've read people defend the health care ceo, Doffy was immobilizing Jozu while Moria was getting trounced by Jinbe and stalemating Curiel lmaoo

I actually think Prime Kuma beats any version of Doffy. Literally 1 HP brainless Kuma out performed Sanji against Saturn. No way he wasn't top tier of some kind in his prime.

I'm pretty sure Kuzan was talking about him being a more influential or prominent pirate than her

Doflamingo is almost undoubtedly the 2nd strongest OG Warlord, by every metric and comparison that could possibly be made. Oda did his best to place him #2.
-Gave him the highest frozen bounty, a higher frozen bounty when introduced beside Kuma.
-Made Kuzan call him a more exceptional pirate than Hancock.
-Made Jozu who was bodying Crocodile, his footstool.
-Called Moriah too weak to be a Warlord.
-Resides in the New World instead of the Grandline like the others.
-Also the last major Warlord antagonist to fall or even interact with Luffy, had to be saved for post timeskip.

Doflamingo always comes ontop in portrayal next to any OG Warlord barring Mihawk. There isn't a single instance of Doflamingo being given inferior portrayal to another Warlord in the same sentence or image, but plenty of instances of the opposite. One time can be a coincidence at best, but Oda did it damn near everytime.

Heck post timeskip Warlord Law alone could potentially body half the OG Warlord roster, Warlords are very df reliant, and Law outhaxes them all. Doflamingo treated his fellow Warlord like a child (because he's extremely agile and skilled in CQC, ontop of having complete DF mastery), another instance of Doflamingo mogging another Warlord.

Whatever argument you have for any one else, isn't even half as good as Doflamingo's case.

Zoro stans (not all, let's be clear) literally downplay everyone who isn't Zoro's enemy.

Like Pica vs other mid tiers or high tiers? Pica clears.
King? Is apparently top tier or low top tier.
Shiryu? Apparently beats a FA candidate.

Kizaru was also wanked af... until he fought Luffy.
Obviously I meant not all but in general around here. And lmfao that’s a given but so do Luffy stans tbf

Who's equal and close in portrayal? Kata and Doffy?
No, the late-40s YC basement-dwelling gimmick fighters of the Yonko saga who became power walls for the future PK and his RHM to overcome

-Gave him the highest frozen bounty, a higher frozen bounty when introduced beside Kuma.
This is true on one hand, but on the other hand, it could also be seen as the two being introduced as peers together, with Doffy having the slight edge in frozen bounty, suggesting the gap in portrayal to be close. And featwise, we already know the full scale of Doffy's abilities with great versatility and agility, coc, regular armament, but Kuma outhaxes him in devil fruit power, has haki + physical strength big enough to overpower Saturn with more physical / durability / endurance hype(bucaneer race, 2 years timeskip durability / endurance, being the basis of the pacifista project mentioned to the strongest in history of humanity, taking Akainu's meigou that hurt Whitebeard, etc..). So it leaves us in a case where Doffy had slightly higher portrayal but inferior feats and story relevance

-Made Kuzan call him a more exceptional pirate than Hancock.
Yes, but the comparison was ambiguous(their ways as pirate king / princess, connections, etc). It's similar to how Doffy was also called the most dangerous warlord, but it wasn't power lvl related(we know for a fact Mihawk is stronger), more due to his underground connections, delivery of smiles, partnership with Kaido, etc

So in itself it could be used to give an edge to Doffy but I don't think it alone proves he is surely stronger.
-Made Jozu who was bodying Crocodile, his footstool.
But this is dismissing the fact that Jozu was focused on one of them Crocodile before Doffy caught him by surprised, so essentially being in a situation where Doffy simply took advantage of a 1 on 1 between Jozu and Crocodile to interfere, with Jozu then having to deal with 2 warlords(1 he was focused on and the other catching him by surprise)

Besides, if we're to look at this scene alone, we could say that Crocodile was portrayed below Jozu, and thus either thinking that current Crocodile is still below Jozu or thinking current Crocodile got another retcon, which would then make this comparison worthless

-Called Moriah too weak to be a Warlord.
If we're referring to the lazy Moria who got his will broken by Kaido, but I don't see how this comparison helps with Prime Moria

-Resides in the New World instead of the Grandline like the others.
Not sure how this point help with someone like Mihawk around

You missed the most important point of the post.

One time can be a coincidence at best, but Oda did it damn near everytime.
Ofcourse there are caveats to all of them, until Oda outright confirms someone is stronger than an other character there will always be context. But there is not a single scene of the opposite with Doflamingo even hinted at being inferior to another Warlord when compared, where he has tons of these scenes where he only receives the better end of the stick via statement or visuals. Every time. That tells me all I need to know about how Oda felt about Doflamingo's placement in the OG group.

Bonus: Doffy's underlings stomp the other Warlord underlings.
