You only think that’s what’s he said because of confirmation bias. You know the WG used Uranus recently, but Vegapunk never says that literally at all.

When I think about it, Hidan is one of my all time favourite characters for similar reasons.
Greenbull gives pure delinquet vibes. Just look at how he rocks the Admiral jacket, not buttoned up, not wearing a suit, chest out, tats fully exposed, not even a sheath for his blade lmfaoooo. His spin on the attire is a reflection of his character, a rebel by nature.

You’re literally reading into it and using knowledge the verse doesn’t know and again what Vegapunk says is the Ancient weapons were used and Joyboy passed them down to this generation and are still active today as the wars not over.
At no point in the speech does Joyboy ever say the WG is sinking the world. That’s why no new revolutions have spurred and no one has mentioned it.
