Either them or Sanji, he was talking about protecting Nami earlier in this chapter and while this is likely just his usual simping talk, maybe this is a foreshadowing of their group encountering NotShanks and Sanji staying behind.

That’s explainable as it’s because Oda gave us their bounties 1000 chapters ago. But Oda realized that 100 mill is too small so he updated them immediately.

That point is more a favor for Loki

But Loki is an important lore and supporting character in Elbaf and Oda always gives us the bounties of characters of important characters. I don’t see Dorry and Brogy being that important to Elbaf arc

If Loki gets defeated by someone other than Goofy then Elbaf as a whole would be massively wasted

I think Lokis days are numbered purely because Luffy already befriended a royal member of Elbaf who wants to become its king.

Loki as the holder of this mythical fruit gets in the way of that plus Lokis not really a bad guy it seems so he has no reason to be a Luffy fight

I think King Herald made a pact with the WG hence they can teleport to the Throne Room (?) and Loki saw Pranks with King Herald and try to stop it. King Herald died in the cross fire and Loki got blamed for it. Hence Loki's animosity with Shanks or in this case his baby brother Pranks
