All the pieces for an intercrew conflict are present right now, and we've started strong with Robin/Sauls reunion in terms of character focus. Not all characters will be swept up into it, but tensions are poised to run high.
W7 represented a crisis in confidence in Luffy's leadership and the crews relationship. They matured by realizing what they meant to eachother, what leaving meant, and how exits are handled within the SHP (as in, it has to be the crewmates true unshakable desire). Luffy understood what Captain meant in the grander scheme of things and we moved on.
Elbaph might represent a crisis in the crews confidence in themselves and possibly Luffy's judgement, one which I hope Ussopp will resolve. Egghead might have been salvaged, but they took many fat Ls and they got to see the World Governments teeth in a way Ennies lobby didnt. Many subjects are ripe to be explored too, but Im trying to restrain my expectations of a crew arc (Loki and the GK are there after all).
Luffy has been LYING left and right this arc and that is not like him. If Loki ends up being a big problem, the crew will have real grounds to be seriously pissed.
Franky got time with Lilith and Vegapunks clone. Hopefully we get Franky questioning what it means to be human, alive, or have a soul prolly a Chopper tag along thing.
Ussopps bound to meet his dad, and is learning the Giants arent like he imagined and they might learn he isnt like his bounty implies. Hoping he's the first to truly figure out Luffys hiding something he shouldn't.
Zoro and Sanji both dropped the ball hard last arc and must have chips on their shoulders. Stalled by Lucci? Failed escort mission? Gotta be heated.
Jinbei moved boxes and is a big luffy believer, might think Luffy is loose on his word (I dont think this one will be major)
Hoping the Strawhats with a stronger attachment to the crew as a group (Robin, Brook, Franky, Chopper) end up helping the crew regain stability. It'd be extra nice if Robin/Franky are pivotal in this since they almost broke apart the Straw Hats in Ennies Lobby.
