This really does seem to solify the Akainu/Blackbeard parallel. If Shanks is no longer in the running to have direct antagonism to Luffy, then my old thread might have some relevancy again based on a post Elbaf conflict: https://worstgen.alwaysdata.net/for...ackbeard-are-destined-to-lose-together.46011/

Basically:

- Akainu and Blackbeard have a focused development chapter (650) where Jinbe warns Luffy of their new positions of power on the Marine and Pirate sides respectively.

- They are directly responsible for the deaths of Ace and Whitebeard respectively, the turning point of the series.

- Kuzan and Kizaru were both focal points last arc and already have somewhat shaky relationships with their superiors.

- Count the main members each group has. If Koby/Luffy ends up taking on Kuzan, then Blackbeard only has 10 crew members, matching Luffy's. Akainu's "Zodiac" members count to 10, as Kuzan is gone and who knows now if Kizaru will ever actually be an antagonist again. 2 More Admirals, Akainu, plus the 7 Zodiac Marines we know likely exist (3 are Momousagi, Chaton and Kurouma, the other 4 arent shown yet) make 10.

- By default Kuzan and Akainu have unresolved history, meaning Blackbeard should be involved in the same arc as Akainu. As should Koby is he's a Sword member under Akainu (we still dont know who commands them)

Im not sure yet if Elbaf is a God Knight/Burned scar Man arc yet, but if it is, we at least remove a short lived group/person while also getting rid of Shanks' direct antagonism to Luffy since its no longer implied, assuming this person is one or both of these things.

Contrary to my old thread, im not saying Luffy will fight both Akainu and Blackbeard at the same time (though not impossible if they also fight each other), just that their downfalls will be close to each other at least (i.e. consecutive arcs). So in a way you get:

- "Shanks" (if he's the main enemy this arc)
- Akainu/Blackbeard (with Shanks losing here to BB probably).
- Imu

Couldnt tell ya where Mihawk falls into this but if CG is also fighting for OP then I guess with the remaining Yonko/Marines.

Loki is the big name of the arc, the Sun God.
Thanks is not Luffy's buddy, he's an underling, not a pirate or after the One Piece. He's also a swordsman... The gatekeeping! :shame:
Loki is clearly not evil considering last chapter. And ya'll gatekeep yourselves, just like Kaido and just like Kizaru lmao

More like Mihawk joining Shanks.
I guess Zoro fights Loki while Luffy fights Lhanks. I'm sure everything will work out just fine.:joker:

Alternatively it can be Luffy vs loki , zoro vs pranks , sanji vs the woman but I doubt oda will have shanks lookalike not fight luffy and loki does seems to be a set up.

Who will fight SHs I wonder unless more holy knights are summoned soon.
