Eh it’s definitely not easy but I honestly don’t consider it THAT hard.
For reference I would say other broad scale life goals (such as working out/getting healthy or pursuing a high paying career or degree), take considerably more time and effort than finding a relationship.
I think the thing that throws people is that the difficulty can vary wildly depending on a variety of factors outside of someone’s control, but that’s not contained to dating, that’s literally just life.
