Real heat of battle is what gives haki blooms.
And CoC cannot be trained.
And if Kaidou taught Luffy (Assuming he already knew CoC) , Kaidou would have already taught him AdCoO given it's Trainable , AdCoA and AdCoC. Which exactly luffy current arsenal.

Coby training will only improve his CoA and that not enough to beat any top tier let alone YC1.
My post was clean about ,
- Coby is below YC1~YC3 currently
- Training won't give him shit Power up fight any of the YC1 properly.
- CoC can't be trained but awakened.
- Haki will still turn out to be weak if there's no real world battle with someone equal or stronger.
My post never about fighting someone weaker lol , and even fighting them would be some kind of experience given diff df's out there even if they are weak.
Punching the same shit won't get you stronger.

Luffy trained with Rayleigh. The training was light since in the words of rayleigh he only wanted to teach luffy the basics and wanted luffy to fight POWERFUL opponents so his haki can bloom. Rayleigh said it best. Luffy had to fight opponents stronger than him that were actively trying to kill him!!!!!! Rayleigh even though he was stronger was not trying to kill luffy. So the criteria for a real heated fight is:
(A).The individual being stronger than you
(B).The individual actively trying to harm/kill you.
So essentially if luffy after finishing rayleighs training had fought individuals only as strong aals caribou, HIS HAKI WOULD NOT BLOOM SINCE IT DOES NOT FIT THE CRITERIA OF WHAT A REAL HEATED BATTLE ACTUALLY IS.
Now your other point with koby is also dumb. The battle ship bag training states "not to use armament haki" and not to use devil fruit ability. So how exactly would kobys armament haki increase using the battle ship bags if using armament haki on said battle ship bags for training is prohibited? People such as yourself do more talking and writing than actually reading it wouls seem. The only type of haki that would increase via battle ship bag training is Conquerors haki. Why? Because Conquerors haki is the only type of haki tied to a person's actual strength and is also the only type of haki that cannot be directly trained. You can only train yourself and thus the stronger you become the stronger your Conquerors haki is!!! So your point of conquerors haki actually adds to my point lol. A force has to physically test your will power for your haki to bloom. That can come via training if the force is great enough and applying pressure or a real fight. Since in both instances both training and a real fight cam still both be a battle to the death

Because I can read bro, Garp clearly still had self-restraint. The fact that he was talking about Sengoku holding him down good means that he still has his emotions in check. It’s nothing but a little emotional flare, he won’t really try and kill Sakazuki lol
