I was actually trolling lmfao, i'm not 58 kg, that's skinny as hell. I'm nowhere near as shredded as bruce lee, but i have more size than him for sure.
The general recommendation is about 1 gram per pound of bodyweight, so i'm 150 pounds right now, that would be 150g of protein per day for me, as i gain weight i adjust accordingly. If you're cutting (losing weight while trying to preserve your muscle tissue) you could even raise that amount by a bit if you'd like. i don't know how this formula would translate to kilograms lol.
