Ahem, i was blessed with a very bulky body, didn’t train much in my entire life but I always had defined muscles and plenty of muscle mass. But, I was also cursed with a slow af metabolism and I love food. When I was in high/school and preuniversity, I used to swim a shitload, so It kept things in check, things kinda slowed down for a year or two now and so I put on some good weight, it’s at 110 rn ( I think, haven’t weighed myself much lately) but it’s going down, trying to get to the 80-90 kg range. Then I’ll be good to go again.
