Funny, because they never were just "resistance", it's the same as hesbollah, just a made-up thing the sympathizers came up to justify terrorism, I don't see how a party that killed the opposition, in its own charter says death to Jews and death to Israel is just "resistance".

One can't even start an independent resistance movement these days. But every wannabe imperialist will be more than willing to supply you with weapons if you sell them your firstborn son, your virginity and your cause altogether. Life's more comfortable and victory comes easier as a proxy with your rear held high. Take a look at the West Papua resistance movement, that's where you'll find real courage.
