We don´t know for sure who is stronger Greenbull or Kaido. I assume Kaido may be stronger, but Greenbull not going to Wano isn´t proof of anything, since he had no reason to.

I would argue, he probably does at least respect Kaidos strength, but nothing more has been shown
It's no secret I don't think much of Aramaki, but if Momo's bolo breath could raze him despite still being an amateur to his powers, then the genuine article would do a whole lot worse.
