Stop taking CG bounties that seriously
It doesn't weight the same as WG specialised bounties that Oda uses a lot to hype in the story
Just like Whitebeard and Shanks were deterrents to Kaido and Big Mom. The Yonko are in a stalemate position. Kaido didn't want Big Mom to reach Wano, as it would result in a war. Big Mom said allying with Elbaf would have allowed her to crush Kaido, Shanks and Whitebeard. While Whitebeard was said to rule in front of the throne.

I stopped AoT since the basement disaster reveal, stopped Kingdom since the post-Western Zhao Invasion, stopped JJK since the post-Shibuya bs, and many other manga once they showed signs of the authors' writing hitting a wall, but I cannot stop OP no matter how stupid it gets.
