Controversial What if Big Mom and Kaido are Alive

I think they're both alive.
Big Mom will show up shriveled up. Her defeat and the use of years of her lifespan on her fight with Kidd and Law will take it's toll. She'll still have power and authority, but it will be time for the next gen leader of the Charlotte family. Probably Katakuri.
Kaido is alive as well and will show some respect to Luffy because of the Joyboy story with Alber.
When both of them, the Yonkou, show up eventually supporting Luffy on the final conflict against world government, even if kinda angry about it, we'll know Luffy is King.

What about Kaido? 
It's just that with him there was a certain feeling of finality IMO. Because he got his wish, didn't he? To die gloriously against a god.
Whereas with BM she has a lot of connections to Elbaph and outright says that she won't be finished by Kidd and Law.
So with BM it's like there's more potential, Kaido not quite as much.
Although I won't complain if Kaido survived as long as it's written well.
All of the following is entirely fan fiction but I can see more of Mother Caramels soul in Big Mom taking over her body due to the DF, which would make an interesting twist in Elbaf.
Morgans said that BM pirates and CP0 disappeared together in Wano. The theory here is that CP0 members were once adopted by Mother Caramel who trafficked them to the WG. This could make an interesting alliance if "Big Caramel Mom" returns together with BM pirates and CP0.
