Im sure Oda would be more clear if the "creaks" had been crucial for Sanji to find Queen and hit him before he reaches Some.

And if the aerial PoV that we see of Queen approaching Osome who is calling for Chuji is meant to represent Sanji's PoV, then, somehow, he was seeing Queen's whole body even through invisibility.
