Which is just another stupid excuse like Big Mom's food sickness, or Whitebeard's heart attack or Kizaru's goofiness. Plus it took forever for Garp to wake up when he should have immediately been waken up by the axe hit and then immediately beaten Morgan and thrown him in the docks, and even Bogard should have largely been able of beating Morgan and prevent his escape.

There's just no consistency.

There is consistency, the fanbase is just extremely bad at powerscaling overall and doesn't understand that every character is a person who feels different day to day and can be overconfident or lazy or w/e and all this affects their fighting.
