A Giant is not joining for the simple fact that they cannot fit on the Sunny. They would need a Devil Fruit that modifies their size. So only Loki has a possibility because he is the only known Giant with a Devil Fruit and has unknown powers. But from what we just learned from the other Giants, Loki seems to be a destructive trickster and by his own declaration future destroyer of the world. He seems more main arc antagonist than nakama candidate. Plus it is odd that one brother, Loki, would be in the main crew while the other brother, Hajrudin, is in the Grand Fleet.
