This fandom throws around this word too much for different characters. Shanks/Sabo/Luffy/Riboku/Shin/etc/etc.
Riboku has plenty of flaws. Being a Gary Stu has nothing to do with being overpowered in abilities, but being a flawless/perfect character who is unrealistic by the story's standards. Riboku is anything but that.
