Whether it be Gi'an war, Xiongnu or against Gekishin he had less troops then his opponents at the start of war.

Riboku has plenty of flaws. Being a Gary Stu has nothing to do with being overpowered in abilities, but being a flawless/perfect character who is unrealistic by the story's standards. Riboku is anything but that.
