I think it is not Fenrir, the wolf we saw beside Loki was a leaning to Fenrir not Loki himself.
Loki is a mix of Thor,Tyr and Loki, Oda mixed the most important gods and made Loki with it.

Fenrir as df would not have any symbole as sun god, not even relative to sun god.
Loki df must have something to with sun god, with fire power(who got teased in Big Mom flashback) or something like that.
Doubt it will be a Fenrir fruit.

Doesn't the latest chapter kinda invalidate the whole Loki = Sun God ting though.
Only seen the spoilers so might be wrong but iirc, wasn't it stated that every Giant on Elbaf aspires to be Sun God or something?
So Loki might just be like everyone else in that sense. In otherwords, wants to be the Sun God so claims the title.

They want to be, but they don't think they are, while Loki thinks he is Indeed Nika and this Is likely related to the fruit he stole and that Erbaf's royal family was keeping safe.

I think that is a reason why I think the df is linked to the sun god, because every Giant on Elbaf apsires the Sun god.
It was said they keep that df as treasure for decades, even protect it:

A legendary devil fruit that passed down throught the Elbaph royal line is a important detail here why I think the devilfruit is linked to the sun god. And there is no conncetion to Fenrir so far, all in Elbaf cares about the sun god, nothing about a wolf.
So why should the Royal line keep a df for decades if it is not linked to the sun god?

Also in fact did we got any tease/hints that people in Elbaph desire a Wolf or something?

Well, I mean.
The Sun God has one fixed and stated every time characteristic: it's white. Even in this chapter it was highlighted:

"white clouds, white hair and white clothes". And it's not the first time the giants says that.

If anything, the Nika/destroyer - Nika/liberator thing is unsure, but those are objective characteristics: more so, based on those Luffy, the real Nika, said "no wonder they think I am Nika".
As Luffy said, they already spotted the real Nika based on this.

So, Loki thinking he is Nika while not having any of those characteristics that everyone associate with Nika wouldn't be kind of dumb?

I'm a fan of Loki after this chapter but so far I have 0 reasons to consider him as Yonkou tier despite him having already been defeated by someone who is now a Yonkou (Shanks) Yonkous don't usually lose to each other.

I see what you’re getting at with regards to the legendary df potentially being Sun God related but I don’t think it has to be. Might have something to do with the what the Sun God accomplished. For instance an existence with the ability to bring change to the world. According to the Giants if Loki is let loose, it’d destroy the world. Loki himself says he wants to bring destruction to the world. So could be that the DF Loki ate has the power to do just that.

2. Loki is basically is an outcast/a loner so would match with a Wolf

The thing is given loki's attitude I extremely doubt it matters to him whether his DF is white or not. He is arrogant and obviously wrong given luffy is real nika. We shall see.

If oda wants , he can even make rat mythical zoan stronger than Azure dragon.

Also used to think it'd would be underwhelming if Loki turned out to be the Fenrir (i.e. a Wolf Zoan) but that was coz I knew nothing about it ^^" and I'm still not that knowledgable about it but the little I've read up changed my mind. Apparently, the Fenrir is a monstrously large wolf with stupendous strength that progressively grows in size. So depending on how Oda depicts, it could be end up being pretty menacing. I mean a ginormous mythical wolf with incredible speed and strength + additional mythical abilities could be pretty brutal

If Oda revealed lore about a gigantic wolf then it'd be pretty obvious that Loki is the Fenrir. Reckon lore like that can come after but I get what you mean with regards to the legendary DF having some connection with the royal family ^^

What do you think Loki's DF would be btw? ^^
Yuderon for instance, also had a similar line of thought with regards to the his DF being related to the Sun God and predicted it to be the original rubber rubber fruit lol but last I checked iirc he's on the fence btw that and the Fenrir.

So if Oda decide to go trough the same route, i guess Loki's fruit would be based on eastern myth as well.
Still, he could break the pattern by adopting western mythology tho. I think it would be cool.
