Quick question, though. Why did you act as if this was the first time you'd seen the word Esper?

What Esper means?
If I consider wiki 'esper (plural espers). A person who practices the development of psychic ability' - this is a full cop ability.

Why do we have 2 cops in the game? I get we can have 1-2 cops but both the flipped and what York claimed are very powerful and show alignament. Looks too much to me in 22 players.
