Mihawk fandom knows what "being the strongest something" means, so we aren't bothered at all by the existence of this character, Saint Shanks or anyone else.
Saint Shanks can still have ulterior intentions in mind for Luffy and getting the OP but Oda just couldn’t get his mind in making Saint Shanks a full villain lol
It's exceedingly obvious that he will. Saint Shanks has consistently been the only one who knows how dangerous he can be. And the motif of a good CD VS an evil D. and also the heir of Roger versus the heir of Xebec.
We've already been told in advance he actually is just a tsundere with a good heart, and he lost to Saint Shanks. He won't be the big bad even if he becomes a temporary antagonist.
There is a chance he'll even become the princess of the arc.
Saint Shanks being a snitch is over
But this sink the agenda Saint Shanks will be final villain too, certain guy would be displeased
If he's a good guy, he'll be a supporting character in EOS( if BB doesn't take him out before) vs final villain just like Red film.
Narratively impossible. If he's "the Cracker", Oda would do the WG, Saint Shanks, Figarland, Dragon and the rest of the revs into more of a circus than he already has.

@Sir Yasheen Alright, impossible is too strong of a world. I'll just say highly unlikely.
First is the issue that Shamrock cannot be humiliated like a midtier arc villain or everyone I mentioned suffers hard.
Then there's the issue of who would be his boss big bad. Some Gorosei might come down or something but we already know if one goes, they all do, which would make the escape from Eggheadd also into a circus if they were just going to fight the Gorosei plus Shamrock half an arc later.
Especially if this has officially become a Luffy needs ‘em save bad from an invading force trying to take over their country. The WG is officially the villains of this arc.
