I would prefer Imu to have some ability of DF creation rather than being the devil itself.

Like creating and granting that power to someone but also being able to take it away. That would much cooler than simply being the devil I think

That actully mean: The WG thinks if there is gonna emerge a ruler of Elbaf its gonna be Loki
Meaning he is the strongest Giant as he could that only by force as we learned

That's what I said when I wrote about them using Loki.
But it's obvious that Loki would reject it, Loki is not someone you can tame by offering something, his whole history is about rebelism.

The only options are either to use force and defeat him, or to use this Mosa guy to blackmail him.

I mean they are less fazed then Luffy when he first discovered him, implies to me they can take them on.
Or maybe Shamrock has some mindpower who knows
I dont think what they doing is much more different what Big Mom was doing trying to cash in elbaf through loki
