If everything stayed the same but Sanji fought king instead the amount of slander he’d receive would be crazy lol

Not all Yonko are the same. That's the point. Their personalities heavily differ from Kaido's and Big Mom's. It's the exact reason why Shanks was trusted enough to be alone in presence of Whitebeard and they actually had a full fledged conversation before they actually clashed. Kaido and Linlin went straight to a fight for 3 days before realizing the common threat being posed towards them.

Zoro will humble loki but it seem the main fight didn't change its luffy and whole elbaf vs Shamrock while eventualy zoro vs Gunko.

Gunko and shamrock are the main Villain this arc not wannabe loki.

Katakuri is very allrounded. Top tier speed, high strength, good durability, CoC (King's lacking that), top tier advanced CoO (King barely has good CoO feats) and next level hardening (Block Mochi, does King even have that?) and awakening (something which King lacks as well).
