made him retarded retard who just stops at 80% and makes the powers disappear, thus leaving every eldian and his friend at the mercy of an army to just not shoot and slaughter them all right there after them witnessing genocide.

it's just timeskip of 4 panels of Paradis being destroyed showing that "war is bad and never ends" cheesy ass lesson,
