Yooo.. What if the whole manga was drawn with people in silhouettes and seeing them fully only from the back, rarely showing them or half a silhouette mostly shadowy with facial traits outlined sometime to distinguish the characters main features.. I don't know that would have been a dope artistic style approach personally..

The Flag of the Revolutionary Army uses the letters to boldly highlight their revolutionary efforts, but there' s an even deeper meaning to the "R".
The "R" also stands for Roronoa.
Oda is flat out telling us the Revolutionary Army is Zoro's army.
Green Kaidou, Green Mom, the Onigashima name, and Moss Head name, all hold a deeper meaning for the Roronoa Army forming.
Even Zoro's first name is a code, the "Z" is also used in the title for Dragon Ball Z, and from what I researched, it was to signify DBZ as the definitive final series to the story. So the Z means, THE END.
The R doesn't end there, it's also a secret code for Zoro's entire last name, the A in the Roronoa maybe means army, and probably the two R's mean revolution.
If anyone can figure out the secret phrase of R-O-R-O-N-O-A, please let us know.

Faster at the cost of quality with some tremendously bad and ridiculous writing and plot armor to justify them going against Kaido, BM and their crews, with all sense of tension and stake being destroyed in the process.

He doesn’t, hes a fraud, he beat a way weakened Kaido who wanted to see and be joyboy, and since he can’t he just gave up, he was fighting to go out not as a pathetic weakling, but as a warrior in joyboy’s eyes. Luffy has no AP, only knockback, or at least not more than Kid or even LLLaw he ate the rubber fruit, and until he finds out it’s not the rubber fruit he will be weak, he’s not weak he’s just not top tier. Plus his showing against Kizaru was….

The Holy Spirit of Zoro

Zoro's Green Flame can cure anything, like all of Usopp's rare dieseas, it will also cure Kuina's stairs disease, and even incurable diseases, like Gol D. Roger's.
Zoro only used the Green Flame for a second against Lucci, this was to keep healing him and absorb all his Rokushiki abilities. to perform a Green Hakai Holy Spirit Zorokuogan.
Green Kaidou also needs a Green Wildfire, Green Plague, and Green Drought, but Zoro's version is the ability to counter all these calamities.
Zoro will perform a holy miracle, he will make the blind see, and heal Fujitora's eyes.
Zoro will have his own Saints and Holy Knights.

Green Mom's Green Sweet Commander's abilities, are a sneak peek to what Zoro's Holy Sword abilities will look like.
Zoro will be able to create levitating Holy Spirit Swords out of thin air, his initial six swords in Enies Lobby, were to represent more than just swords, after fusing Sogeking with Yubashiri, Zoro used this to conjure Spirit Swords to represent his six crew members at the time, but these six swords can also be seen as wings of an angel,
Zoro has already used Enma's absorbing abilities, but I think this ability will be amplified when he creates a Holy Spirit Bomb using everyone's energy.
Zoro will be able to create Holy Spirit Soldiers out of Meito named blades, and even with the two gigantic weapons on Elbaph and Onigashima, this is why Onimaru will join the crew as Zoro's pet with all the Meito for the army collected through the years.
The System for Zoro's Army is the Hell systems for Impel Down and Thriller Bark, Zoro will make a Holy Spirit of Sword God Ryuma using Black Blade Shusui, as a direct parallel to Zombie Ryuma in Moria's Zombie army.
