Loki was hostile towards Shanks for defeating him. I dont think Loki was framed here, he probably did it but was misunderstood, clearly there is more to Loki and Harold and why this happened.

I mean 6 years ago the WG was in a much better position than they are now.

I don’t think Loki was the aggressor in the murder of Harald. Everything we’re shown points to Loki being a good person. So killing someone for power doesn’t make sense. And the way that Gunko and Shamrock were able to teleport directly to the scene of the murder makes me think that the HK were absolutely involved in the death of Harald.

This isnt the correct use of this saying lol. Thats just a fucking plot hole.

A deus ex machina is the WG waiting until now to target Elbaf because Luffy is now conveniently here, but that happens all the time in this series because Oda needs to tackle villain factions during a linear journey.

That's also not a deus ex machina. The trope is like, there's no logical out for a storyline so you have something abrupt and unlikely happen to wrap it up.

Like the Merry saving the crew at Enies Lobby is a bit of a deus ex machina, albeit one with significant setup. But the nature of it as something fully unexpected, out of nowhere, and almost unbelievable and then quickly allowing the narrative to close

Where does anyone get a saijo from.

Where does Shanks get a saijo that is made to be identical to the sword of the leader of the God's Knights

Isnt Jarul a witness to the event though? I dont think Loki is nad, but I also dont think hes entirely innocent either. He known for his violent nature and Shanks captured him outside of Elbaf due to violence

I’m not saying he didn’t kill Harald, I’m saying he didn’t kill Harald for power. If I were to hazard a guess, Harald was somehow being manipulated by the Holy Knights to weaken Elbaf so that they could be subjugated eventually. Loki found out the plot, and killed his father for his people.

We’ve seen in OP people withholding important information in regards to murder before. Until we get the flashback I’m taking Jaruls opinions with a grain of salt.
