- Law was in the New World looking for poneglyphs during the Time Skip. The Rocky Port incident happened because he was looking for Wang Zhi’s poneglyph. It is not far fetched that he had heard about the man marked by flames and has an idea where he is

He isn't only feeling things, he's even describing that she is going to punch him afterwards. So how should he know that something comes at full speed at him? How did he know about her warning beforehand if he wasn't seeing her moves before?
Why must he be retarded to use his FS in that circumstance? He was a fool for taunting her but I guess that's what you can expect from him after she killed his animals...
