I’d rather he’s either revealed to be of celestial dragon origin and ends up recruited to the God Knights or is recruited in a similar way to Loki even if he’s not a CD

Yeah, but he probably won't be. Mihawk Is generally portrayed as a "good warlord" who's friends with shanks and attacks pirates instead of civilians. At least based on his portrayl he's a neutral leaning good guy
