I’ve seen a thread at a forums long ago, and even arts of Robin if she mastered Haki and Rokushiki. The idea is totally awesome, but where is the fun in that if a character doesn’t suffer? I guess it would be boring even for you, wouldn’t it?

I want the journey. I want to see the characters fight, make mistakes, gets stronger, make up new techniques or fighting methods etc...

At one point I had the thought that Yamato was truly the Ace and strong enough to be Luffys main opponent (before Kaido) and Oda would break the mold have Luffy face a female adversary.

But honestly after the last 2 chapters I feel like that ship sailed, as I can't see her being actually bad now. As much as I would love her to be a crew member, I still don't understand how Luffy will surpass Kaido this arc lol. Unless there STILL is some unknown "Ace" level character, but I doubt it now.

Well, the StrawHats are now against pirates that are above in every aspect. Even the weak trio must change. Progress and develop.

This arc really should bring it out. There should 100% be growth techniques for every main character. The next 30-40 chapters will be crucial.

Just had a thought, people downplaying Zoro's CoO because he got hit by Killer when he got distracted by Gyukkimaru, yet Kaido and King get disarmed when they have already noticed the Scabbards...
